Active Classes
Our classes run throughout the year across Terms 1 to 4, following the same weekly or fortnightly schedule. This makes it easy for families to plan ahead and keep the same class day each term.
Below you will find the confirmed dates for Term 1. Future term dates will follow the same class schedule and exact dates will be updated here once released.
Rangers spend their days discovering wildlife, exploring nature and building confidence through hands on learning experiences. While collecting wild skill badges.
Families are welcome to join anytime with a pop in class where places are available. Full term bookings are also available, with sibling discounts for families enrolling more than one child.

Join our amazing Ballina Homeschool program fortnightly on Thursday's, where kids get into the outdoors to learn about wildlife, build confidence, and develop leadership skills while protecting nature.
Junior Wildlife Rangers Ballina is a nature based program for young adventurers aged 4 to 12. Rangers explore the outdoors while learning about wildlife, conservation, science, engineering, creativity, Indigenous culture, teamwork, and physical skills through games, discovery, and hands on activities.
Having fun, exploring the mangroves and learning about our local wildlife and how to protect their homes. Get ready for a fun outdoor adventure with new friends!

STEM Girls Rangers on the Tweed Coast is a program for girls aged 9 to 12 who are curious about science, wildlife and the natural world. Rangers explore marine science, conservation and environmental research through hands on activities while building confidence, leadership and problem solving skills in a supportive all girls STEM learning environment. 🌿🔬🐠

STEM Girls Rangers on the Tweed Coast for ages 13 to 16 supports girls to deepen their knowledge of marine science, conservation and environmental research. Rangers develop field skills, explore real world science topics and grow confidence in STEM while being part of a supportive all girls learning environment connected to nature and ocean conservation. 🌊🔬🐢

Joey Rangers in Newport is a weekly nature class for children aged 2 to 5 years. Little rangers explore wildlife, animals and the natural world through songs, movement, storytelling and simple hands on activities designed for early learners. Each session builds confidence, curiosity and connection with nature in a warm and supportive environment. 🌿🐨🪺

The Expedition Rangers creates a dynamic, ever-changing experience that keeps kids engaged with field trips to different zoos and sanctuaries in Melbourne, while kids develop adaptability, curiosity, and deep connection with diverse ecosystems and get up close with wide range of wonderful wildlife.
No two adventures are ever the same! Join us for Junior Wildlife and Sea Ranger Adventures with Expedition Rangers. But get in quick places are limited in order to keep classes small.

STEM Girls Sea Rangers 9–12 years (Junior Sea Rangers Tween)
Our fortnightly STEM Girls Sea Rangers classes in Melbourne introduce girls aged 9 to 12 to marine science, conservation and real world environmental research. Rangers explore wildlife, ocean science and field skills while building confidence, curiosity and leadership in a supportive all girls learning environment. -
STEM Girls Sea Rangers 13–16 years (Junior Sea Rangers Teen)
Our fortnightly STEM Girls Sea Rangers classes for girls aged 13 to 16 focus on deeper marine science learning, conservation action and field research skills. Rangers work with real world science concepts, preparing them for advanced Sea Rangers opportunities including Great Barrier Reef research experiences and future STEM pathways. 🌊🐠
Our Booking Process
Choose Your Program
Browse our programs and select the class that suits your child’s age and location. If you are unsure which class is the best fit, you can select the “recommend a class” option in the form and our team will guide you.
2. Complete the Booking Form
Fill out the short online booking form to request your place. This helps us collect the details we need for enrolment.
3. We Confirm Your Spot
Our booking manager reviews each form and will send a follow up email confirming availability, along with booking confirmation and payment details.
4. Join Your First Class
Once your place is confirmed, your ranger is ready to begin. You will receive everything you need to know before your first class. 🌿🐾
If you’re interested in joining one of our programs, complete the form with a few details about your child and the class you’re interested in. Our booking manager will review your enquiry and send a follow up email with the next steps.
